Even if working from home is not new to you, these are new and difficult times. It is not business-as-usual. The added pressures of additional responsibilities and projects, sharing your work space with a partner, having the kids at home, social-distancing and worrying about limited supplies can all make for difficult times at home and lead to high levels of stress and anxiety.
